It's the step you trigger manually after previewing your PDF in your own language (that preview is unlimited).

Crochet-specific terms (stitches, abbreviations) are translated using a built-in lexicon handcrafted and verified by humans, that never leaves our servers. General text like titles, notes, and descriptions is sent anonymously to a high-performance contextual translation system. No account information, no pattern instructions, and no personal data is included in the request.

Stitch terms use a verified lexicon handcrafted by our team, so they are always correct. General text (titles, notes) is handled by a high-performance contextual translation system. If you ever spot an error, our team is responsive and will verify and correct it quickly. You can also use custom stitches as a fallback to override any term.

Yes. You can cancel your Pro subscription at any time from your account settings. You keep Pro access until the end of your current billing period. After that, your account reverts to the Free plan. No data is deleted.

No. Every database query is filtered by your user ID, and every file request is verified against your session. There is no public gallery, no shared access, and no admin backdoor. Your content is visible only to you.

What happens to the images I upload?

Every image is processed through our pipeline: it is resized, converted to WebP, and all EXIF metadata (GPS location, device info, timestamps) is automatically stripped. The original and the processed version are stored in private buckets. No one can access your images without being authenticated as you.

We use Plausible Analytics, a privacy-focused and GDPR-compliant alternative to Google Analytics. It collects no personal data, uses no cookies, and builds no visitor profiles. We see aggregated page views and referrers. We cannot identify or track individual users.

All connections use TLS encryption (HTTPS enforced via HSTS). Your database requires SSL connections. Images are stored in encrypted-at-rest buckets via Cloudflare R2. Passwords are hashed and never stored in plain text.

Our database is hosted in the EU (Frankfurt, Germany). Our application servers run in Frankfurt, Paris, and Washington D.C. Image storage uses Cloudflare's global network with European edge nodes.
