Customize the PDF pattern design with Woolmoot
Give your PDF your own identity: start from a ready-made template or adjust every detail to your preferences.
Go to the pageChoose a template
If you don't want to overthink it, or if you want to start from an existing base to modify, the simplest approach is to select one of the predefined templates already created by Woolmoot. Each one has its own identity and style: you can get an idea of the theme from the name and description, and see a real preview by clicking the preview button for your pattern.
- Custom templates
- Your saved custom templates appear in this same list. To save one, simply configure your settings manually: if the combination doesn't match any existing template, it appears as 'Custom'. You can then give it a name and save it, then reuse it on any pattern.
- Pro subscription only
- Saving custom templates is only available with a Pro subscription. If you had saved a template while subscribed and your subscription lapses, you won't be able to reuse it until you resubscribe.
Change theme colors
All default templates use Woolmoot's colors, but nothing stops you from replacing them with your own.
- Primary color
- Used for headings, page frame, and image borders.
- Secondary color
- Used for backgrounds and separators.
Configure each customization setting
Modifying these settings is only possible with a Pro subscription. The customization settings are grouped by logical theme.
- Typography
- Choose a font for headings and a separate font for body text.
- Structure
- Choose to display your pattern in a single column or double column, and select the divider style. In single column, the divider is placed horizontally below each section; in double column, it is placed vertically between the two columns.
- Background
- Choose the background you like and select which pages it applies to.
- Pages
- Set the cover page layout, then customize the page frame appearance: which pages it applies to and the shape of its rounded corners.
- Headings
- Set the style of the cover page title, page titles, and section titles.
- Images
- Set the corner rounding and borders applied to all your images.
- Notes
- Set the style of your 'Tips' and 'Warning' notes, as well as their corner rounding.
Configure footer elements
You can configure which elements appear in your footer, provided you have filled in the corresponding fields in your profile. The selected elements are arranged naturally and automatically in the footer.
- Show primary link
- Display your main website URL in the footer.
- Show primary social link
- Display your primary social link in the footer.
- Show profile picture
- Display your profile picture in the footer.
- Woolmoot watermark
- The Woolmoot watermark can only be disabled with a Pro subscription.
